Our Teachers

Lisa Lee grew up taking gymnastics classes but her passion was always dance.  As a young adult, she attended Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2004 – 2011 where she began her training in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Exercise, which she continued throughout the years under local professionals. Lisa has owned and taught at Lisa’s Dance and Exercise Company for over ten years. She also obtained a Masters Degree in Child Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she learned the benefits of getting children involved in exercise at an early age. Lisa began teaching dance classes to give children a fun and creative outlet for their energy. Being able to instruct children in the art of dance and watching them begin to grasp the moves and forms is truly a joy for her. She currently teaches beginner Ballet and Tap to ages 1 1/2 to 8.

Noel Mor brings 20 years of dance experience and a diverse performance background to Lisa’s Dance and Exercise Company. Noel began her dance journey in praise dance at the age of eight and expanded her training into Hip Hop during her freshman year of high school. Her passion for performance also led her to become a High School Majorette with the Boynton Beach High School Marching Band.  Throughout her college years, Noel continued to develop her leadership and performance skills, serving as a Dance Captain at Palm Beach State College. She has also enjoyed numerous performance opportunities throughout South Florida, including performing at the South Florida Fair for many years and dancing with the Miami Heat during halftime performances. She currently teaches Hip Hop and Gymnastics at Lisa’s Dance and Exercise Company and also enjoys supporting the studio as a substitute instructor.

Malischa Ogé has been dancing since the age of 5. Her love for dance first blossomed with liturgical dance at her childhood church, and her passion for every dance style only grew from there. She has trained in styles ranging from African dance to modern dance and was a dancer and cheerleader during her high school and college years. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she majored in mass communication and journalism, and minored in dance. She was a part of the dance ensemble at NSU, as well as a dancer for the sports dance team, the Sharkettes. Mali has taught dance styles such as Liturgical, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballet and Jazz, to kids, teens and adults for several years as well as volunteering and teaching dance to children at her local church.  She has taught Hip Hop, Modern, Ballet, Tap and Gymnastics at Lisa’s Dance and Exercise for five years.

Tenaja Johnson enjoyed Ballet and Tap as a child and continued her love of dance into her teens, adding Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Jazz and Step.  As a young adult she enrolled in Hip Hop, Adult Ballet and Jazz and Modern at Lisa’s Dance where Lisa noticed how quickly she picked up dances, how beautifully she danced and how professional her technique was and invited her to become a teacher.  Tenaja also has 3 younger sisters which taught her how to work with children.  She trained under Lisa, Malischa and Annaya and now teaches Ballet, Tap and Hip Hop at Lisa’s Dance to ages 5 – 12.

Sheneel Stewart began her dance career in Jamaica at 5 years old taking Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary.  She moved to the United States when she was 9, where she added Majorettes and Hip Hop to her dance education.  She also attended Palm Beach Atlantic University (Lisa’s alma madder) and took two years of Jazz there.  She developed a love for children taking care of her niece and nephew.  During the day, Sheneel is a surgical technologist.  She is a new and welcome addition to Lisa’s Dance teaching Ballet and Tap to ages 1 ½ to 4 and subbing for almost every teacher whenever they need it.
