Contemporary, Modern and Lyrical Dance

Contemporary/Modern is a basis of natural, sequential and expressive movement incorporated into a dance piece.

It encourages you to express your individuality through a broad range of emotions with movement.

Basic technique, improvisation and critical body language are all incorporated into our modern dance classes.

Lyrical dance is similar to contemporary and modern in that it can use non-traditional steps.  It is usually fluid and graceful and aims to tell a story through dance.
