Tumbling and Gymnastics

Our tumbling and gymnastics classes focus on strength and flexibility. Skills the students will learn include forward and backward rolls, bridges, cartwheels, splits, hand stands, walkovers, back bends and more.  The class uses a tumbling mat, gymnastics bar, foam wedge, foam octagon and other fun, safe equipment.  Like all our classes, tumbling and gymnastics are divided by age with the higher levels focusing on more challenging skills.  Please see the calendar on our home page or contact us at 561-317-5738 to learn the schedule.
